Shipping policy

In the case of orders paid via Paypal or Credit / Debit Card, we immediately proceed to the preparation and processing of the order in the warehouse, and its shipment on the same day if it is business.

In the case of orders received via bank transfer, once payment has been received and verified, the products will be sent.

Orders will be sent with the transport company that the company deems most appropriate, since depending on the products to be sent, it may be more practical to send it with a parcel agency, or through a pallet shipping company. If you have a special need in this regard, please let us know.

Free shipping applies to Peninsula and Balearic Islands from € 60 (Tax included).

In both cases, the shipment for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands would be delivered in the next 24 / 48h working hours counting from your departure and dispatch from the logistics warehouse.

The exception is items made from Arabic latticework, which can be delivered within 2-5 business days, as most are made when orders are placed. Also very large items such as doors or large furniture can be delivered in peninsular territory between 2-5 business days, since they are special shipments with other special transport agencies.

In the case of the Canary Islands, orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days after they leave the logistics warehouse.

Regarding the rest of Europe, orders are delivered within approximately 3-4 business days.

In compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, makes available to the client the following information on withdrawal in the purchases made on the platform.

Can I withdraw from a product purchased at

Yes. You can withdraw from the purchase of any product purchased on our platform without the need for any justification or penalty. You must inform the platform in the email

Can I give up any purchase made at

Some of our products are not subject to return based on art. 103. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal, more specifically according to sections d) and e):

d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene protection and that have been unsealed after delivery.

As an example, among our items that do not support return are:

- Any of our teas offered in our category "Teas and accessories".

- Any product in the category "Natural cosmetics" in cases where the package is open for you.

- Any product in the "incense" category.

What term do I have to withdraw from my purchase?

The buyer will have 14 calendar days to withdraw from their purchase. The period will begin to run from the availability of the product to the customer. From the moment you receive the product at home, you will have 14 calendar days to communicate to that you wish to withdraw your purchase.

Do I have to pay something if I give up my purchase? Will I pay the return costs?

In no case. You will not have to pay any amount if you have decided to withdraw from your purchase in the period indicated above.

How will my money be returned?

Once the return of the product has been verified, you will receive the amount paid as soon as possible and through the payment system with which you made the purchase.
